US adults check their smartphones between 80 and 150 times per day. Cell phone separation anxiety is a real thing, and many would go periods without chocolate, talking, or intercourse before going one day without their phone.
How connected are you to your smartphone?
Smartphones are super helpful, significant parts of our lives, but like anything used inappropriately or in excess, this tool can become a trap.
Today we discuss faith applied to productivity and smartphone use. We’ll explore four areas/applications where smartphone reliance/use is not so smart.
