Faith Applied

Mar 31, 2020

If the coronavirus pandemic has you feeling some kinda way 🙋🏽‍♀️ - beloved, you are not alone.

COVID-19 is impacting us all.
The fallout from this virus hits more than physical health, it also brings economic, societal, institutional, spiritual, mental and emotional stressors.

Emotions need release.
Give yourself time, space and grace to acknowledge where you are. This acknowledgment can help you move forward.

Today’s episode was recorded last week. It contains the audio from a video recorded while I was out on a needed walk. {If you prefer to watch the video instead of listening, click here.}

This episode includes encouragement to check-in with yourself to see where you are emotionally, plus tips for emotional self-care. The end of the episode shares mental health resources to use or pass along if additional support is needed.

I pray it is a help and blessing to you.

Ya’ll, we will get through this. God is in control.
